Return or Exchange Policy
- All sales are final and non-returnable.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects, such as cases that do not fit the iPhone.
- You can request a return or exchange if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at hello@thelocalcollectivegoods.com with photos and your order number within 7 days after receiving your product.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
- Domestic Shipping:
We take 2-5 business days to prepare your order. Delivery is made via EMS Thailand Post, which usually takes 1-3 days after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). - International Shipping:
We take 2-5 business days to prepare your order. Shipping options include: - Registered Mail by Thailand Post: Delivery takes approximately 14-21 days after dispatch.
What Material Is Used?
We use microfiber leather, a type of vegan leather that closely resembles genuine leather in both texture and appearance. It is more flexible and durable than other types of synthetic leather. Â
Is the Product Waterproof?
Our products are not waterproof, so we recommend avoiding exposure to moisture.Â
How Do I Clean the Case?
The case may darken with use over time. You can clean it using a leather stain remover. Our leather is also resistant to alcohol, so you can sanitize it by lightly applying alcohol to a cotton pad, gently wiping the case, and then drying it immediately.
Will Sold-Out Products Be Restocked?
We produce items in batches based on the availability of materials. Some materials may no longer be in stock, so there is a significant chance that certain sold-out items will not be restocked.
